Week 8 | hashtags I used

The hashtags I choose to use this week were as follows: - IMAGE 1           #softballLIFE                      #baseballLIFE - IMAGE 2           #kidsbaseball                           #baseballlife                         #batterup - IMAGE 3           #baseballdictionary              #baseballlife      I found these hashtags actually after posting the first one. When I posted the first image I made them up and realized after the image was posted and I was working on the second image that generic ones come up as you start typing auto popular ones come up and then I just used them instead of the made-up ones that I used for the first image.  The ones I used perfectly for my business since my business is around the sport of baseball/softball. When you have a business that is something that you genuinely enjoy there is not much problem working and running the business and the number of hours you put there will not drain you.  So having hashtags that are perfect for the business and usi

Week 8 | Use of Hashtags

For the batting cage facility images do the best for the business hands down, having images of baseball players hitting and fielding draw attention to the business. If utilized properly I have seen multiple different pages in the industry use some very effective post and use of Instagram, but have seen the complete opposite of usage and not use it to the full potential. If you are going to have an Instagram in this business one post a day is necessary to build the brand and drive customers to want to come in and spend money at your establishment.  I believe it is as simple as taking a bat, batting gloves, and a fielding glove laying them on the turf, and getting shot of them. With this image, you can post the items are for sale and the price of them, or you can just post it as here at the cage getting my work in.  Either way, it will bring attention to the business, along with attention comes business so bring as much to the social media page.    I do see Instagram is effective for som

Week 7 | How businesses use Instagram

Different businesses use Instagram,  but as you look at the different use of Instagram you will learn more about the companies. I have learned that a lot of Instagram is mainly images of their items in use or in the real world.  You will see some images that are staged but a lot of Instagram use you see it in the real world.  I believe this also is why Instagram is so beneficial to businesses as they can take images of people using their products. Images in the real world or use helps businesses sell their product more than just a plain image of a product in front of a blank background.  You will also see some businesses post discount flyers and stuff on their pages as well.  I have also seen all images they post the post also has a link to either their website or another link.  This is great to get people to travel and go to all your pages. Instagrams I ventured to and commented on: Julia Palomo -  https://www.instagram.com/juliasdessertscsit2020/ Kelly Zimbelmann -  https://www.insta

Week 6 | Activity on The Farm posts

Image
This week's Facebook posts interaction has been minimum as I still have not added many people to the page but if you take to view and the average and multiple it based on 100 people it would have 16 interaction with customers.  But as a business grows and the more you post the more interaction you will get so eventually the 16 people turn into 20, then turns into 30, and so on. Patience is the key to new business and a new page. In time the page and the business will take off, I certain that it will boom when the time is needed as I am in the softball and baseball community on a regular basis. These posts in the long run have an image that is catching to all players across all the ages along with the parents.  Having engaging pictures that people understand in the world of baseball/softball is the key. If you were a true baseball fan and player you have always had the dream of either making the diving grab or the game-winning home run. These post to me are appealing to everyone you

Week 6 | Pages I chose to like and follow

The following are pages that I found to follow as "The Farm"; MLB MLB Network Baseballer San Diego Slowpitch Softball The Baseball Academy Curacao Baseball Tutorials Bolavip Baseball Atlanta Braves 5 Tool hitting center The things that are most important to me is why I choose these pages.  The business will develop and people that follow these pages are the people that will be most interested in my page.  The market for baseball/softball is easy to navigate and get people to follow things that are similar to the sport.  I have different buy/sell/trade pages that have lots of local people that play the sport.  Finding people to follow this page is easy around here as the baseball/softball community is all year round here in southern California and constantly have people on different pages, the softball pages are huge in this area. This will be a big part of why a batting cage facility in Oceanside, will be so successful.  These pages will help me get more exposure to the peop
